Our absorbent underwear comes in two styles: the Fearless Leakproof Bikini and the Fearless Leakproof Brief.
They have great rear coverage and a fit that's snug (but not too tight) to help contain leaks and bring you even more confidence. Both styles have a wide, absorbent gusset to trap odors and leaks. The gusset has three layers to protect your clothing and keep you from feeling damp, and it will absorb up to eight teaspoons of liquid, making these panties a great replacement for panty liners.

Our testers loved the Bikini during their pregnancy journeys because the lower-cut waist accommodates growing bellies, but they also adored the extra coverage of the Brief postpartum (perfect for those high-waisted pants). Note: This underwear is not intended for the first 10-14 days of lochia (postpartum bleeding).
Our underwear has been certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, one of the world’s most recognized labels for textiles tested and free of harmful substances. As we strive to lessen our impact on the environment, we’re also excited that these reusable panties eliminate the need for single-use panty liners.
Because your life is busy enough, we wanted the Fearless Leakproof Underwear to be just as easy to wash as it is to use. Rinse it in cold water until the water runs clear. Hand-wash or machine wash cold on gentle. Use a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry or hang dry. Don’t soak or use stain removers, hot water, harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners as these may affect the leak-proof technology.
