• Your body’s shape and size can change rapidly during pregnancy and nursing. Each Kindred Bravely product features a size chart to help you get the right fit, and our Fitting Page is also a great resource. For bras, we highly recommend measuring your underbust and bust before ordering or take our Perfect Fit Quiz. If you need additional fit assistance, send us a message at fit@kindredbravely.com.

    • Busty sizes are designed for those with larger cup sizes, generally DD/E and up (check each product’s size chart for specific sizing). Busty sizes can also be comfortable for those who prefer sleep and lounge bras but want a reinforced chest band or need more length in the shoulder straps. If you’re unsure if busty sizing is for you, reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@kindredbravely.com.

    • To start your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with tags attached, please visit returns.kindredbravely.com or send an email to returns@kindredbravely.com for more specific assistance. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear; please email us for assistance with fit or quality issues.

    • Our pajama sets are not currently available as separates.

    • Most mamas find that their body fluctuates greatly during pregnancy and nursing, so it’s likely that you will need two or more sizes to carry you through your journey. Additionally, the typical lifespan of a bra is just 6-9 months! Many factors impact the life of your bra, including how often you wear the bra and how often it is cycled out with other bras (it’s best to give your bras a day of rest in between wearing); washing and bra care, as well as the fit, can also affect the longevity of your bra.

    • Orders shipped via Standard Shipping arrive in 6-12 business days from the time the order was placed; Express Shipping arrives in 3-4 business days; Priority Shipping arrives in 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 12 noon Pacific time on Friday will not ship until the following business day. We use USPS and FedEx for shipments.

    • Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at hello@kindredbravely.com.

    • To start your return or exchange of an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item with tags attached, please visit returns.kindredbravely.com within 90 days of purchase. 

      If your order is eligible for exchange, you’ll be able to select “Exchange” in the returns system. If you’d like to exchange but don’t see the option to do so, please complete your transaction as a return and repurchase your items from kindredbravely.com

      Please note, Sensible Mom products sold on kindredbravely.com are subject to a 30 day return window.

    • To return a gift purchased from kindredbravely.com, use the KB order number, your email address, and the shipping zip code to start the return here. The items must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags attached within 90 days of purchase.

      For assistance locating the order information, please contact us at returns@kindredbravely.com. Please note we are only able to accept gift returns for items purchased from www.kindredbravely.com. For items purchased elsewhere, contact the retailer directly.

      Items purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, underwear and nursing pads are ineligible for return or exchange; please contact us at returns@kindredbravely.com for any fit or quality issues.

    • Due to a recent change in our system, items from different orders need to be returned separately. Please start a separate return for each order, and mail the items with their respective prepaid shipping label. Contact us at returns@kindredbravely.com if you have any questions!

    • Some moms have obtained full or partial reimbursement for their Sublime Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Tank, Sublime Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Bra, and Organic Bamboo Nursing Pads through insurance. State laws may differ and each insurance company or employer health plan has its own standards regarding reimbursement for these items so be sure to check with your plan administrator to determine if your policy or plan covers these products and at what cost to you. 

    • Yes! If you have an FSA/HSA debit card, you can use it to pay for the Sublime Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Tank, Sublime Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Bra, and Organic Bamboo Nursing Pads at checkout. You can also pay for these items with your regular debit or credit card and submit your receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement of these IRS-qualified medical expense amounts.

      These products are currently the only Kindred Bravely items that have been pre-approved. You should also be aware that some FSA administrators have different standards for what may be approved for items under their systems for breastfeeding and maternity care services.  Reach out to your individual plan administration to inquire about any of our other breastfeeding products to determine if they too meet applicable IRS standards under your plan. 

    • We’re only able to accept one payment method per purchase. If you’d like to use your FSA/HSA to pay for only part of your order, we suggest you complete your total purchase with your individual credit card and submit your receipt to your plan administrator for possible HSA/FSA reimbursement of any allowable amounts to repay you for your amounts you have previously paid.

    • They can be! If your FSA allows you to set aside part of your paycheck to cover healthcare costs, breastfeeding-related items like the Sublime Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Tank, Sublime Hands-Free Pumping & Nursing Bra, and Organic Bamboo Nursing Pads may be eligible based on the terms of your plan.

      We suggest that you contact your plan administrator or FSA provider before you purchase your products to find out what restrictions or specifications your plan may have, or what other documentation you need to provide to receive approval for payment of these expenses as a qualified medical expense under your plan.

    • A Health Savings Account (HSA) is exempt from taxes for qualified medical expenses under Code Section 213(d), and such HSA funds are often used to pay for deductibles, co-payments, coinsurance, and other select healthcare expenses. You may also use funds from your HSA to purchase accessories for pumping breast milk without getting a prescription from your healthcare provider, as long as those those items are recognized by your HSA administrator as a qualified medical expense. To the extent you have unused HSA funds available, you should consider possibly using a portion of these monies to assist you in getting the nursing items you need, though you may wish to check with your HSA administrator to ensure their system will accommodate these items as medical expense amounts before using any of your available HSA funds.

      A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) is similar to an HSA in terms of what can be reimbursed under the program, but it is an arrangement set up and funded by your employer to help pay for eligible healthcare expenses, which may also include breastfeeding supplies. Check with your employer to determine if you have an HRA that is available, and any other specific eligibility rules based on your plan.

      There are many resources to help you understand your benefits, especially how you can and cannot use FSA, HSA, and HRA money. We hope you are able to use these resources to help with your motherhood journey. 

    • There are many reasons a discount code may not work: it may be expired; you may have used the discount code previously; or there may be another discount code already applied to your cart (only one discount code can be used per order).     • Only one discount code can be used per order. Bra bundle discounts cannot be combined with a discount code. Items marked down and “on sale” can be purchased with an additional discount code. Some exclusions apply; certain products may be ineligible for discounts.

    • Yes! As long as the items in your cart are eligible for discount, you can use a discount code with your gift card.

    • Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been placed. However, you can send an email to orders@kindredbravely.com to check the status of your order.

    • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and FSA/HSA debit cards.

    • Express checkout from Shop Pay is a system that allows for an optional easy and fast checkout using information stored in your Shopify profile. Once you have logged in to your account, when you choose Express checkout, your payment info and shipping address will be populated from your account on file. You will have the option to pay in full or in 4 installments, via Shop Pay Installments.

    • Shop Pay Installments is a partnership with Affirm that allows you to make payments on your purchase, but receive your items right away. Shop Pay Installments pays the balance of your order, and you pay a predetermined number of equal installments to Shop Pay.

    • Shop Pay Installments is available on all purchases $50 and over, including taxes and shipping. Yes, with this payment method, your order will be processed right away and should arrive to you within our standard shipping window.

    • Your approved return will be refunded to your method of payment, which is Shop Pay Installments in partnership with Affirm. They will credit any payments you’ve already made to your account. Please visit this link for further information.
