+How do I know what size I am?
Your body’s shape and size can change rapidly during pregnancy and nursing. Each Kindred Bravely product features a size chart to help you get the right fit, and our Fitting Page is also a great resource. For bras, we highly recommend measuring your underbust and bust before ordering or take our Perfect Fit Quiz. If you need additional fit assistance, send us a message at
+Should I order a busty size?
Busty sizes are designed for those with larger cup sizes, generally DD/E and up (check each product’s size chart for specific sizing). Busty sizes can also be comfortable for those who prefer sleep and lounge bras but want a reinforced chest band or need more length in the shoulder straps. If you’re unsure if busty sizing is for you, reach out to our Customer Care team at
+The product I ordered doesn’t fit. What can I do?

+You don’t carry my size. Do you plan to make it available?

+Can I order just the top or just the bottoms separately from a pajama set?
Our pajama sets are not currently available as separates.
+Can I use the same bra for pregnancy and nursing?
Most mamas find that their body fluctuates greatly during pregnancy and nursing, so it’s likely that you will need two or more sizes to carry you through your journey. Additionally, the typical lifespan of a bra is just 6-9 months! Many factors impact the life of your bra, including how often you wear the bra and how often it is cycled out with other bras (it’s best to give your bras a day of rest in between wearing); washing and bra care, as well as the fit, can also affect the longevity of your bra.

Shipping / Delivery

+When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping arrive in 5-9 business days from the time the order was placed; Express Shipping arrives in 3-4 business days; Priority Shipping arrives in 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 12 noon Pacific time on Friday will not ship until the following business day. We use USPS and FedEx for shipments.

Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at

+Do you ship internationally?
We now offer shipping to Canada! For information on shipping rates and delivery times, visit our Shipping page. Please note that customers are responsible for additional duties and fees, which will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. In addition, we sell some products internationally on Amazon Canada, Amazon Australia, and Amazon EU.

Returns / Exchanges

+How can I return or exchange my items?
To start your return or exchange of an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item with tags attached, please visit within 90 days of purchase.

If your order is eligible for exchange, you’ll be able to select “Exchange” in the returns system. Your exchange order will be processed once your return package has been scanned by USPS. If you’d like to exchange but don’t see the option to do so, please complete your transaction as a return and repurchase your items from
+How can I return or exchange a gift I received?
For gift purchases with an order number, please go here and enter the order number within 90 days of original purchase. For eligible items, a gift card for store credit will be issued to you. For gift purchases without an order number, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with tags attached may be eligible for exchange of a different size or color. Please send an email to for assistance.
+Can I return items from different orders at the same time?
Yes! Returns begin with your email address, so items you ordered in the last 90 days that are associated with that email address will appear as eligible for return.

Discounts / Offers

+Why didn’t my discount code work?
There are many reasons a discount code may not work: it may be expired; you may have used the discount code previously; or there may be another discount code already applied to your cart (only one discount code can be used per order). For further assistance, contact Customer Care at
+Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Bra bundle discounts cannot be combined with a discount code. Items marked down and “on sale” can be purchased with an additional discount code. Some exclusions apply; certain products may be ineligible for discounts.
+Can I use a discount code with a gift card?
Yes! As long as the items in your cart are eligible for discount, you can use a discount code with your gift card.

Order Changes / Cancellations

+How can I change or cancel my order?
Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been placed. However, you can send an email to to check the status of your order.
