We hope you love your Kindred Bravely pieces. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.

Return Policy

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin, visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and the email address used to place your order. From there, you can choose to return the item, exchange it for a different size or color (if available), or select “Shop Now” to use your return credit toward something new.

Return Window
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

What’s Eligible
We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached.

What’s Not Eligible
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear, nursing pads, Final Sale items, or gifts that do not have a Kindred Bravely order number. Additionally, Brands We Love (formerly Curated by KB) items, which are fulfilled by partner retailers, may be subject to different return policies. Please refer to the product page for specific details.

Return Options
You have two options for returning your item. First, you can use Happy Returns for a free, box-free drop-off at convenient locations such as UPS, Staples, or Ulta. No packaging or label is required. Just bring your item and your QR code. Find your nearest Happy Returns location here.

Alternatively, you can choose Box & Ship, which uses a prepaid USPS label. A $6.95 handling fee applies. You can reuse the original packaging by turning it inside out. Simply print and attach the label. If you don’t have a printer, bring your package and QR code to the post office, and they’ll print the label for you.

Approved refunds to the original payment method or store credit are typically processed within 2-4 business days after one of our carrier partners has received, checked, and accepted your return. The timing of funds being released back to the original payment method depends on your financial institution.

Gift Returns

If you’re returning or exchanging a gift, you can request store credit or an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags still attached. To process a gift exchange or return, you’ll need the Kindred Bravely order number and the purchaser’s email address. Gifts without an order number aren’t eligible for return or exchange. If you’re unable to locate the order number, reach out to our team for help.

Purchased from Another Retailer?

Items purchased from third-party websites or other retailers must be returned directly to that retailer. These items are not eligible for return or exchange through our website. If you need assistance, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase.
