As perfect for the office as it is for family gatherings, this cozy nursing wrap is sure to become an instant favorite in any new mom’s wardrobe. Ideal for wearing over our Simply Sublime Tank, this versatile cardigan is flattering for all body types and can be worn in multiple ways for an effortlessly stylish look; with easy-to-use snaps on both shoulders, the Maya transforms from an open-front cardigan to a comfy wrap sweater. The hood offers an extra dose of comfort for chilly days.
A Mom's Choice Awards Gold Winner, this ultra-cozy bra features a simple crossover front that can be quickly pulled aside for nursing. Since new moms often breastfeed every few hours, easy access is key. With no elastic, clasps, or underwire, this bra guarantees ultimate comfort and support for many situations—sleeping, hanging around the house, and even walking or practicing yoga.
Functional and fashionable, the Clara Criss-Cross Nursing Top, a one-piece infinity shirt, is a wardrobe staple for new moms. Nursing moms will love the easy access openings, which allow for discreet breastfeeding at home or on the go. Plus, the flowy, wrap design flatters all body types. Perfect for layering with a tank like the Simply Sublime Nursing Tank, this super comfortable top will become her go-to mom uniform.
A Mom's Choice Awards Gold Winner with a PTPA (Parent Tested, Parent Approved) Seal of Approval, the Simply Sublime is a must-have for any expectant or nursing mom. The drop-down cups are smooth and seamless, while the stretchy fabric allows for fluctuations in cup size. Supportive and comfortable with adjustable straps and removable padding, this bra can be worn day or night, which any new mom will appreciate.
One of Lucie's List’s Best Nursing Bras and a Cribsie Award Winner, the Marvella provides comfort and support for nursing moms. The two styles—the Classic and Luxe—are ideal for everyday wear. The Classic boasts a smooth, stretchy, racerback design and a deep cut that’s perfect for V-neck shirts and dresses, while the Luxe offers an O-ring that allows mom to choose between a traditional back and a racerback.
These super comfortable, feminine, high-waisted compression panties provide support and gentle pressure to promote postpartum healing without irritating sensitive skin. Perfect for C-section recovery, this underwear features a waistband that sits higher than the incision site and stays in place without rolling or riding up. The slim silhouette provides tummy control and can be worn undetected under clothing to help provide a smoother appearance. The touch of soft lace around the leg openings adds a fun, pretty, and romantic detail.
Perfect for moms who want something flirty, sweet, and maybe even sexy, the Lucille Nursing and Maternity Lingerie features a flattering empire waist, which allows room for your baby bump or postpartum belly. Easy clip-down cups and a built-in bra offer light support and make it the perfect choice for nighttime feedings. The lace racerback bodice keeps straps in place while you nurse. This delightfully romantic nightgown will accentuate any new mama’s natural beauty.
KB Moms’ Valentine’s Day
Traditions and Gift Ideas
“My husband I have a tradition of each picking a new recipe to make on Valentine’s Day, and then we cook together.”
“We make a fancy dinner at home. Once I got my hubby a gift from Man Crates, and it was a hit.”
“We usually get a heart-shaped pizza and watch A Charlie Brown Valentine with the kids. I usually try to surprise him with French pressed coffee in the morning - might get him a bag of freshly roasted coffee beans from our local coffee shop! That and a new French press would be a great gift for a tired partner! Other things that come to mind are a subscription to Dollar Shave Club, Google Home Hub, or maybe some great wine or beer - something local?”
“My husband and I are doing a cooking class. We started this a couple years ago. We do the cooking class a week or so before, then make the dinner together for Valentine’s Day. What I’m getting him from my son is a daddy playdate. I am setting them up with a full day of activities that will include breakfast, the children’s museum, and a dance party after nap.”
“I got my husband some locally made cufflinks last year. He loves them and wears them often since he wears a suit and tie to work daily.”
“Starting February 1, for each of our kids, we put a heart with something we love about them on their door; we do that every day until Valentine’s Day. On Valentine’s Day we love for them to wake up to something special...balloons or flowers and donuts. And usually chocolate. It always made me feel special as a kid when my dad would do that (and he would leave for work before we even woke up!), so we do the same. For dinner we do a hearts-themed dinner. I make whatever they’re into eating at the time. Dye the milk pink, cut the sandwich into a heart. Last year, I cut up string cheese into heart shapes. I sprinkled pink sprinkles over it, threw some appropriately colored/shaped fruit on the plate, etc.: easy, cheap, and reproducible in its own way every year. I also like to use Valentine’s Day-themed paper plates and napkins. And of course, we all wear pink/red during the day.”
No matter how you celebrate Valentine's Day, we hope you remember you're amazing – this day and every day.
