I ordered my item(s) on Kindred Bravely.com – For items in "new" condition (tags still attached, and unwashed/unworn) please go here to print your return shipping label. For fastest delivery, complete a "return", and make a "new purchase" for the size/color you wish. Contact us with your new order # for any issues such as honoring an original promotion and we will be glad to help. If you prefer a traditional "exchange" please allow 14 days, and include your exchange information inside the package. For items in “used” condition, please contact us prior to returning for further instructions.

For items in "new" condition (tags still attached, and unwashed/unworn) and purchased within the last 30 days, please log on to your Amazon account to complete your return and print your return shipping label. Please note that Amazon does not process exchanges, only returns and new purchases. This means that your replacement item gets shipped right away, and you don’t have to wait until your return is received! Contact us with your new order # for any issues such as honoring an original promotion and we will be glad to help.
