We want you to love your Kindred Bravely item! If something isn’t right, return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item for free within 90 days; please note, all tags must still be attached.
I ordered my item(s) on KindredBravely.com.
To return or exchange an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item, use your KB order number and email address to start a return here and print your prepaid return shipping label within 90 days of purchase.
Your return package can be dropped off at a USPS location. Items included in your return package must match the return packing slip. Once your return is received, please allow 10-15 business days for processing.
Please note, Sensible Mom products sold on kindredbravely.com are subject to a 30-day return window.
Defective items are eligible for replacement within 90 days of purchase. Items purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, underwear and nursing pads are ineligible for return or exchange; please contact us at email@example.com for any fit or quality issues.
Returns received beyond 120 days from the original order date may not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, and will be refunded as store credit.
I received a Kindred Bravely item as a gift
To return a gift purchased from kindredbravely.com, use the KB order number, your email address, and the shipping zip code to start the return here. The items must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags attached within 90 days of purchase.

Purchases made using Buy with Prime follow Amazon Prime’s return policies and are free. Items are generally eligible for return within 30 days of order delivery.
