Return Policy
Kindred Bravely items purchased from kindredbravely.com are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached.
Curated by KB items, which are shipped directly by each individual retailer, are subject to that retailer's return conditions and policies and may not be eligible for free returns. Please see the product page for additional information.
Underwear, breast/nursing pads, and items purchased as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange. For underwear fit or quality issues, please reach out to returns@kindredbravely.com.
Start your return or exchange here. You’ll need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
You may exchange for a different size or color of the same item (subject to availability), or choose Shop Now to use your return credit toward a new purchase from our website.
Exchange orders will be processed once the carrier has scanned your return item(s). To have your exchange or new items sent right away, select Instant Exchange. A $1 hold will be placed on your payment method, and your items will ship immediately. Return your original items within 14 days to avoid being charged for the price of your exchange items.
For free, boxless returns, select Happy Returns as your return method. Happy Returns return bars are conveniently located inside common retail locations nationwide, such as UPS stores, Ulta Beauty, and Staples. Find your nearest Happy Returns location here. Bring your QR code and your item(s) (no box or label required). Once the Happy Returns Bar Specialist has received your return, your refund will be approved immediately!
If you select Box & Ship as your return method, items will be returned with a prepaid USPS label. A $6.95 handling fee may apply. Package your items in a plain mailer (the mailer from your original order can be turned inside out and reused). If you have a printer, print the USPS label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any USPS location. If you don’t have a printer, bring your package and your QR code to the post office. USPS will scan the QR code, print the label, and affix it to your package.
Any refund due will be processed upon approval of your return at our warehouse.
You must use the provided shipping label, and the items included in your return package must match the items on the return packing slip. Items mailed with a different label or items that don’t match the return packing slip may be ineligible for refund or exchange. We are not responsible for non-Kindred Bravely items sent to our warehouse in error.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that were mailed with a label not provided by Kindred Bravely and/or our returns system.
Returns not scanned within 28 days of starting a return will be canceled and may be ineligible for refund or store credit.
Return items are subject to approval by Kindred Bravely; items that are not in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags still attached or items that display visible signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, etc., are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Returns received more than 120 days from the original order date may not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method; they may only be eligible for store credit.
Gifts

Gifts purchased from kindredbravely.com may be eligible for store credit or exchange within 60 days of purchase. To return a gift, you’ll need the Kindred Bravely order number and the purchaser’s email address. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags attached. Gifts without a Kindred Bravely order number are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final Sale
Items purchased as Final Sale, items received for free, and gift cards are ineligible for return or exchange. Items marked Final Sale, Exchange Only are eligible for exchange of a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability. No returns or refunds.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and breast/nursing pads are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. Please reach out to returns@kindredbravely.com for underwear fit or quality issues.
Third-Party Retailers
Kindred Bravely items purchased from other websites or third-party retailers are subject to each retailer’s return policy and will not be accepted through our website’s return system. Please reach out to the retailer directly for returns assistance.
Defects
Defective items are eligible for replacement within 60 days of purchase. For items purchased more than 60 days ago, please contact returns@kindredbravely.com for assistance. Defects are subject to approval by Kindred Bravely.
