Usage Information and Log Data Collected Automatically
This is information that Our servers automatically collect about You when You access Our Site via a mobile device, or desktop, such as Your IP address, browser type, and log files data such as the dates and times that You access Our Site, and the specific pages You view. We also collect information like Your device name and type, and possibly the number of clicks. and other interactions with Our Site. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, and track user’s movement around the Site. Such usage information and log data are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The Site uses cookies and tracking pixels to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. Marketing Communications and Technology Vendors. We use marketing, communications and technology providers like Klaviyo to assist Us with the delivery of SMS messages like abandoned cart reminders, and other related services. When we send the SMS message, We and such technology providers may collect and process certain personal information such as Your phone number, country code, mobile carrier and carrier region, IP address, and user submitted address (if provided). This location data is not used for behavioral or targeted advertising purposes. We use such location-based data to support message routing and delivery times, and determine a recipient’s local time zone and quiet hours. Shopify and Payment Processors: We use Shopify to host Our Site, power Our online store and to process, orders, payments, and related services. In this context, Shopify acts as Our service provider and We may disclose Your information with Shopify to deliver Our Services to You on Our behalf. However, Shopify may also process limited personal information to provide, develop, and improve its analytics, advertising and other products. By using Our Services, You consent to allow Shopify to collect personal information about you, place cookies necessary for Our Services to function and complete checkout during transactions.
We also use Shopify and other third party payment providers like PayPal to facilitate processing Your payment information. For example, when Shopify, PayPal or other third-party processors take Your payment information, they remit the funds to Us. We only see the payment card type, the last four digits of Your credit card or debit card number and billing address.

These features may collect Your IP address and/or other information as set forth in each social platform’s privacy policy, which page You are visiting on Our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. We also has a presence on some social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others. NEWSLETTERS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Message frequency depends on the offers We provide. Reply HELP for help, and STOP to cancel. Messaging and Data Rates May Apply. Your consent for SMS is not required to purchase Our products or services.
We may disclose Your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help Us provide Our messaging services and send the text messages. DATA RETENTION

We cannot respond to Your request or provide You with personal information if We cannot verify Your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the identified personal information relates to you.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to Your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If We determine that the request warrants a fee, We will tell You why We made that decision and provide You with a cost estimate before completing Your request.
Shine the Light Law
If You are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits You to request information regarding the disclosure of Your personal information by Us to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes (as those terms are defined in that statute).
