To return or exchange an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item ordered on kindredbravely.com, please go here to print your prepaid return shipping label within 90 days of purchase. You can start your return with your email address.
If you'd like to exchange your items for a different size, you can do that through the link above. If you'd prefer to purchase a different color or different item, you can do so on kindredbravely.com. Your order may be eligible for an Instant Refund, which is a digital gift card you can use immediately to purchase any item from our website.
Please note, Sensible Mom products sold on kindredbravely.com are subject to a 30-day return window
If you prefer a traditional refund to your original method of payment, simply disregard the Instant Refund and wait until your return package is processed within 10 days of receiving your return.
Please note, the items that are included in your return package must match the items on the return packing slip. In addition, be sure that the package your return in plain packaging (no FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail packaging)
