Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Kindred Bravely item! If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange eligible unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for free within 60 days; please note, all tags must still be attached.
RETURN POLICY
To return or exchange an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item, use your KB order number and email address to start a return here and print your prepaid return shipping label within 60 days of purchase.
Your return package can be dropped off at a USPS location. Items included in your return package must match the return packing slip. Items mailed with a different label, or which do not match the return packing slip, may be ineligible for refund or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that were mailed with a label not provided by Kindred Bravely or our returns system.
Once your return is received by our warehouse, please allow 10-15 business days for processing. Please note that your financial institution may have additional processing time.
Return items are subject to approval by Kindred Bravely; items that are not in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, or which display visible signs of wear, damage, deodorant, makeup, etc. are subject to refusal and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns not scanned by the carrier within 30 days of starting a return will be canceled and may be ineligible for refund or store credit.
Returns received beyond 120 days from the original order date may not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, and will only be eligible to be refunded as store credit.
DEFECTS
Defective items are eligible for replacement within 60 days of purchase. For items purchased more than 60 days ago, please contact returns@kindredbravely.com for assistance. Defects are subject to approval by Kindred Bravely.
FINAL SALE
Items purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange. Items marked Final Sale, Exchange Only are eligible for exchange of a different size of the same style, subject to availability. No returns or refunds.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and nursing pads are ineligible for return or exchange; please contact us at returns@kindredbravely.com for any fit or quality issues.
GIFTS
Gifts purchased from kindredbravely.com may be eligible for store credit or exchange. To return a gift, you will need the KB order number, your email address, and the shipping zip code of the order. Gift returns must be started within 60 days of purchase, and items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached. Gifts without a KB order number will not be eligible for return or exchange.
THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS
Kindred Bravely items purchased from other websites or third-party retailers are subject to each retailer’s return policy and will not be accepted through our website’s return system.
