Comfy, functional, and cute!
I loved having this delivery gown for the arrival of my third baby earlier this month. The fabric was soft and comfortable. My nurse was easily able to attach my fetal monitors and I was able to move about my room while feeling covered and cute. The double sided velcro allowed me to nurse without fear of scratching my newborn once she arrived. It was nice to feel confident during delivery by wearing something I had chosen (Pink Polka Dots!). The color is described as pink, but it's more of a coral than a bubble gum pink. It was perfect! At delivery, I was ~150 lbs, 5'6" and the S-M-L was a great fit. And now I'm enjoying it as a house dress during the postpartum period. Thanks for a great product!
Can't Wait to Wear This!
Just received my two gowns in the blue mini polka dots and multi-colored hearts in the S-M-L size (I'm 5'2" and weigh 148 and 30 weeks pregnant). It fits me well and still have plenty of room to grow. The material feels very soft, and love that it doesn't feel like a sheet like most hospital gowns. I love the fact that it velcros on the front to give skin on skin contact with baby and how it has double velcros so as not to scratch baby. I also love the snaps on the arms to have easy access for IVs and nursing. The pockets are also an added plus!
This is going in my hospital bag for delivery of my first baby - however, I have worn it around the house to try to "break it in" and it's SO comfy. It's nice on my big pregnant belly to wear instead of my usual leggings.
Excited to wear this!
Haven't worn yet, I deliver in Oct bout I tried it on for my husband and it's awesome! Thanks for allowing me ease with style as I deliver! I'll def be giving one as a gift to my future Mom friends!
This is an odd review,
This is an odd review, because I don't actually own one or had one during my delivery. But I wish I did. I didn't pack anything to be worn in hospital because it was impossible to find affordable maternity gowns that would have been appropriate. I got stuck in the hospital gowns. Tho hospital gowns were rough, oversized, uncomfortable, and thin. I was miserable during my stay. I felt so gross. I wish I had purchased these. Ladies, I did it the cheap "you don't need pajamas in hospital, don't ruin pajamas, save nice clothes for home, wear what they give you, etc." and I regret it. I might have felt half human if I only had something comfy, practical, and pretty to wear. Spend the $32. It's worth every penny.
