Thanksgiving week is one of my favorite times of the year.
Family and friends come to visit. Holiday planning is in full swing. The air is full of delicious smells and the most wonderful sense of anticipation.
Since I know the days and weeks to come will be filled with busyness, commitments, to-do lists, and plenty of fun, I always try to take a few moments to stop everything and enjoy the "now."
It's impossible for me to feel anxious and grateful at the same time, and I've found that centering myself in gratitude keeps any holiday anxieties from getting the better of me.
At the top of my list is always my family: my husband, our two boys, and our extended families.
I'm thankful for friends, adventures, and pumpkin pie.
And more than I can ever put into words, I'm beyond grateful for you and your support of Kindred Bravely.
What are you most grateful for this year? I'd love to hear from you.
